Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using EventLeadCapture. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
EventLeadCapture provides a web-based platform that allows exhibitors and organisers to create lead-capture forms, generate QR codes, and collect contact information from event attendees ("the Service"). The Service is operated by EventLeadCapture, based in the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@eventleadcapture.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not share your account, create accounts by automated means, or use the Service in a way that attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

We act as your data processor. Our processing of lead data on your behalf is governed by our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Agreement we may enter into with you.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed at the time of sign-up. Payment is taken in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If payment fails, your account will be suspended after a 5-day grace period. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a legal or security risk to us or other users.
The EventLeadCapture platform, including its code, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (logos, form questions, lead data). By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventLeadCapture's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
